3webs Visibility Engine
Every page on this site publishes a structured-data graph. This is the model behind it, written out in full: which entities exist, how they relate, in which direction, and how many of each. It is generated from the graph that is actually served — not written alongside it — so it cannot drift out of date without the site changing too.
The machine-readable form is at /data-dictionary.json. The vocabulary is the glossary; the measured signals are the 167 signals.
Each relation is a triple: subject → property → object. Cardinality is read from the subject towards the object.

| ↑ inbound | The same relation seen from the object end. Every relation below is listed from both sides. |
| inverse | The property that names the reverse direction. Where schema.org defines an inverseOf we name it; where it does not, the reverse is real but unnamed, and we say so rather than invent a term. |
Each entity, its schema.org type, and every relation touching it — outbound and inbound. An entity with no inbound relation is reachable only from the page it sits on; an entity with many is a hub of the model.

Entities are one layer; pages are another. This is which page links to which, counted from the rendered HTML rather than from intent. Out is how many pages a page points to, in is how many point back at it.
A structured-data graph is a set of claims about how a business is shaped. Most sites emit one and never look at it again, which is how a graph ends up asserting that a page is about an organisation that no longer exists, or that an offer covers a service that was renamed. The dictionary is the readable form of the claim, so the drift is visible.
Publishing it also does something for machines: a system reading this site does not have to reverse-engineer our model from fifteen separate pages. The relations, their directions and their cardinalities are stated once, in one place, in a form it can fetch.
