This is not a summary of the methodology. It is the registry itself: every signal the engine can evaluate, with the weight it carries in the score. Nothing is withheld, because a score you cannot audit is a score you should not trust.
Not every signal applies to every domain. Those that cannot be verified from public sources are returned as not applicable — never as failures — and each report states how many were actually tested. See the glossary for the vocabulary, and pricing for what a report costs.

Each signal carries a weight. The score for a dimension is the weighted average over the signals that could be tested in it, and the global score is the weighted average across dimensions. A signal returned as not applicable is removed from both the numerator and the denominator, so it neither helps nor hurts.
This is why the action plan orders failures by weight rather than by how easy they are to describe: fixing one heavy signal moves the number more than fixing five light ones.

It measures how a website presents itself to AI systems, answer engines and search crawlers. The engine fetches the page, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and the declared machine-readable signal files, then evaluates 167 signals across the human web, the AI web and the machine web.
No. Every score is produced by deterministic rules applied to evidence actually observed on the website. A language model writes only the short narrative summary. The same website in the same state always produces the same score.
Because a signal that cannot be verified from public sources has not failed — it simply could not be tested. Marking it as failed would invent a verdict. Every report states how many signals were actually tested.
