3webs Visibility Engine

FOR CONSULTANTS · EU AI ACT
For EU AI Act & compliance consultants

Technical evidence your legal analysis can point to.

3webs is not a certification and not a legal opinion — and we say so explicitly, on every report. What it is: a deterministic, evidence-based technical observation of how a system presents itself publicly, which can sit alongside your own analysis under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 rather than compete with it.

What the report is scoped to

Explicitly out of scope: risk classification, legal compliance status, and any determination that requires professional judgment. The engine checks what is publicly observable — declared AI usage, governance statements, transparency disclosures — and reports gaps as gaps, not as violations.

How consultants typically use this

StepWhat 3webs contributes
Initial scoping callA free baseline scan gives you a concrete starting point instead of an open-ended discovery phase
Gap analysisThe prioritised action plan becomes a checklist your client's engineering team can work through
Re-assessmentRe-run after remediation to document what changed, with evidence, not just a client's word
