3webs is not a certification and not a legal opinion — and we say so explicitly, on every report. What it is: a deterministic, evidence-based technical observation of how a system presents itself publicly, which can sit alongside your own analysis under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 rather than compete with it.

What the report is scoped to

Explicitly out of scope: risk classification, legal compliance status, and any determination that requires professional judgment. The engine checks what is publicly observable — declared AI usage, governance statements, transparency disclosures — and reports gaps as gaps, not as violations.

EU AI Act transparency signals. Whether a transparency declaration exists, whether it's machine-readable, and whether governance documentation is published where a regulator or auditor could find it.
Deterministic and re-runnable. The same domain in the same state produces the same score every time — useful when you need to show a client's position at a point in time, and again after remediation.
Every verdict has a traceable source. No verdict is asserted without the underlying evidence being visible in the report — useful when a client or their counsel asks "how do you know that."
